Shipping Options

Annex Pro offers free shipping for most orders over $250.
*Some oversized items may have additional shipping costs which will be automatically added to your order at checkout. 

Most orders will ship via Fedex, UPS, or Purolator. You will receive your tracking number and carrier info by email when your order ships. 

Curbside pickup is available at our Vancouver office only. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, and you may be asked to present your photo ID and credit card at pickup. Most items are special order, we will contact you when the product is in Vancouver and is ready for pick up. 

Lead Time 

Activation Codes

Software activation codes are typically delivered on the next business day (Mon-Fri). You’ll receive an email with the activation code(s) and download instructions. If you need help activating your license or subscription, please email  and someone on our Tech Team will assist you. You can also open a support ticket with Avid or Blackmagic Design Support Teams.

Hardware

Most items are special order. We will contact you when the product arrives in Vancouver for pick up, or when your tracking number is ready so you can trace the delivery.
We aim to update you about your order within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is placed, and again when your order is ready to ship with the tracking info.
